01 Who is responsible

Mansard Asset Management (demo) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach our data protection contact at the address on the Contact page.

02 What we collect

When you use the contact or subscription forms, we collect your name, your email address, the type of investor you are and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

03 Why we collect it

We use your data only to answer your message, to send you the letters you subscribed to, and to meet our legal obligations as a regulated firm.

04 Legal basis

Your consent for the letters, our legitimate interest in answering your questions, and our legal obligations for records we must keep as an investment firm.

05 How long we keep it

Messages are kept for three years after our last exchange. Subscription data are kept until you unsubscribe. Records required by regulation are kept for the period the law requires.

06 Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by our website host and email provider, under contracts that protect it, and shared with authorities only when the law requires it.

07 Transfers outside the EU

Where a provider stores data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

08 Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, ask us to restrict it or to transfer it, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

09 Changes

We will update this policy if our practices change, and show the date of the last update at the top of the page.
